Refund and Returns Policy for Stynasopic – Effective as of January 6, 2025
At Stynasopic, we are committed to providing the highest quality premium food products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with our Refund and Returns Policy, outlined below.
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you have purchased, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition of Products: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. We cannot accept returns on food items that have been opened, consumed, or damaged after delivery.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@stynasopic.com or call (608) 427-2354. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to a mistake made by us, such as receiving the wrong product or a damaged item.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. The refunded amount will include the price of the returned items, excluding any shipping or handling fees, unless the return was due to our error.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, such as if an item is returned in damaged or opened condition, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
