You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging and accessories are intact

  • The product is not marked as final sale or customized

To start a return, please email info@stynasopic.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

💸 3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

🔄 4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or variant, subject to availability. If an exchange isn’t possible, a refund or store credit will be issued.

📦 5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

🛠️ 6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no extra charge.
